*Prices shown reflect the most current prices available online, and these are also reflected in the shopping cart page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice exclusive from the online contractual agreement. All products are subject to the IBM terms and agreements, which are available online at www.ibm.com/hk/legal or upon request.
**For all orders under HK$4000, a delivery charge of HK$60 will be applied. For delivery to Tung Chung region and outlying islands, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. These costs are at the discretion of ibm.com. Shipping charges are included for orders totalling HK$4000 or more; IBM will organize delivery based on the information provided by the customer in the checkout cart on the ibm.com/hk web site.
***For purchase of PC desktop, on-site standard installation includes plug and power-on system unit, internal options that come with the order, monitor and 3 external accessories excluding network services.
****Customers are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of purchased options and systems of which information can be provided by our representatives.
*****Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for all products unless otherwise specified.
******Customers are required to present the original personal identity document (HK personal ID card or passport) for identification verification purpose when collecting the goods.

IN SUCH EVENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT IF YOU DO NOT FULLY COMPLY WITH THE PRODUCT ACTIVATION PROCEDURES. Product activation procedures and Microsofts privacy policy will be detailed during initial launch of the product, or upon certain reinstallations for the software product(s) or reconfigurations of the computer, and may be completed by Internet or telephone (toll charges may apply).

IBM is not responsible for the support of third party (non-IBM) products which will be provided under the applicable agreements between the third party vendors and the customer.

IBM reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason, or to limit the number of units of a particular product that a customer may buy at any one time. No binding contract for the sale of any product exists until IBM notifies the customer in writing that the order has been accepted.
