regard to a faulty refurbished unit after seven (7) days but
within ninety (90) days of delivery, IBM will arrange at its
sole discretion the replacement of the faulty product with
an equivalent or better product, shipped (at your cost) in
exchange for the original refurbished product PC equipment
delivered.
In the case of either the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee or the
90-Day Limited Warranty, the customer must return the original
refurbished product, its manuals, media, and other associated
documentation to a designated IBM location within three (3)
working days of informing IBM of intention to return the unit.
A copy of your invoice and/or shipping label must accompany
the returned PC equipment.
